No no.. I mean my house Reno is not every portion, it's just a description.. We did kitchen flooring, car pouch flooring, back yard, roof for front, balcony floor, kitchen cabinets, 2 room wardrobe, tv feature wall, dining seats, etc..

How much will be spend overall for yr Reno? Extensive work! nice. My place spent about $60k... Minimal work (only 1st floor toilet done)... With wardrobe for 2 room only, etc.. We only did those that really need to be done as we got budget..

U mean he havent smooth the plywood? It's really rough. Totally not acceptable. Shake head. Not sure if my fren house is different wood, but it's totally smooth. Dont think it's sandpaper before.

Hi it's me again. U did the fan in yr toilet, can I know how much it cost? Does it help to prevent water vapor forming on mirror? Everytime after bathing, the hot water steam condense the mirror and I had to wipe it Everytime. Wonder if fan can solve this prob. Mind if u upload a pic of the fan?
