Mine is fr gain city, casa Clementi, and MBA exactly like your trunking. They claim this is the best, I even hasD my contractor ard to ensure... After its done, I saw fellow mates having nicer trunking... With same flat layout. Sigh. I was initially really upset... Til now it's not covered. I haven't buy a side table yet.. The trunking probably blocks it. The only consolation is as time passed by, u find it less focused... I see others started the trunk above the window or into toilet directly. I think gain city guy want convenient as that position is the easiest to drill hole.... No need to climb

The table I bought for $650 2 months ago. Now sell at $490. It's temper glass with stainless steel. I find it look nicer. Chairs is similar to your one at $110 each. (stainless steel legs) I think can't last long as it seem like will peel easily.. Will worn out ..

Depends on the material .. Temper glass, stainless steel.. Design.. But $499 sounds super cheap enough.. 6 chairs leh.. Easily cost $100 each... I bought promo table only $650 from star living.. Without chairs .. Now even more promo $490.... Faint....

By the way I compare with another brand (hafary) they carry a vinyl floor call wood culture if I rem correctly.. Price was $6++ and thinner material than evorich .. Hence I choose evorich Didn't compare other brands as evorich claim to be vvvv good and cheaper ..

I just did vinyl flooring because I hav dogs that pee everywhere. Hence die die need water proof. I haven't stay in, however it's v nice I can say.. Feel good when Walking on it.. Better feel than laminate flooring. Click system, probably can remove and bring it along to next house? Scratch proof (almost) Rubbery feel but I like it. Smell? I dunno. Think my dogs smell more? Feel hot? I like hot, that's why I don't want the cold homogenous tiles .. So I can't answer much haha! I paid $5.80 psf.. Evorich HERF .. Look for Adrian if u keen ..
