This is my second and final home for me and my family. Decided to stay in the East this time round and share my experience with all in Renotalk. Have been reading the T-blogs whenever I'm free to get more tips and ideas while waiting for my second appointment with HDB. Now, we've finally completed our HDB sales transaction after a long delay from my buyers, and gotten the keys in December 2012. The house is really in a bad condition, so we will have to remake the whole house. My floorplan for sharing:

I am referring to "+ Space", couldn't spell the words together. Word in front of Space is Add. If there is alot of ######, does it means the firm is blacklisted???
