Wow, why did u wait so long to collect your keys? I got mine in June... Started just before the lunar 7th month, And now still renovating... See how slow I am?! I thought I'm the last to collect keys since we had to repeatedly send in income statements dunno for what, and we were one of the last to select the unit. Anyways, move in early also 30 yr loan, move in late also 30 yr loan (in my case), so no difference. Last week we had our grossly done parquet hacked, and disgustingly laid aircon pipes rerun. now, dunno whether can move in b4 end october.. sigh...

Hi yokechye, It's me! Just ordered the same Kraus sink as you last night! No, I'm not stalking you... My unit is right opposite yours, but at a much lower floor!! So our units shld be mirror reflection, though mine is smaller area. Need your advice again!! I noticed your bedroom wardrobe is a sliding door wardrobe. But according to my contractor, it's not feasible as we only have 600mm depth and he requires at least 680mm for sliding door wardrobes. It can only be done if we dun mind a narrower depth, meaning our clothes might not hang straight, it'll be slanted, dunno if u get wat I mean. From your floorplan, we seem to hv the same amt of space behind tt door... is it possible that you measure the internal depth and also the depth of your sliding door tracks for me? Thanks so much? Possible for me to drop by your place to hv a look at your reno?

lyefam, I like your faucet. I was tempted to get a similar design fr kraus as well, but it might cost me $200... v tight budget... songcho's shld be v good quality, and friendlier on the wallet at $139. My sink has been shipped!!! Hopefully can get it by end of nxt week!!!

Intend to get the Kraus KBU12- 23 inch, the exact one as yokechye's!!!!! I really love how it looks, and the size is perfect for me! Can't find anything else in singapore tt fits my requirements! But time is running out!!! Need to clear some doubts before I click the order button! I've just started my reno and it should be about 2 more weeks b4 I install the kitchen cabinets.. BUT !!! 1. If I were to order the sink tonight, how long roughly will it take to reach me? As the order states that estimated delivery date will be 24 september, which will be way too late!!! 2. Do I need to hv the sink ready to take measurements for the contractor, or can I use the measurements given by amazon? R they accurate? Are the measurements taken at the edges of the sink or the perimeter of the actual sink "opening", if u get wat I mean. bcos there's an additional flat layer protruding for laying on the cabinet underneath right? 3. Yoke chye, if you are reading this, can u pls PM me the actual measurement of the opening of the solid surface top that u gave the contractor? And as this is rounded, how the contractor know exactly how round to cut? Sorry to ask silly question. Or do they cut on the spot at your house when installing the solid surface top? And issit neccesary to get the additional "basket strainer"? Better for cleaning? 4. Will this fit into the normal 600mm solid surface top? Guess u can see my excitement!!
