First of all, Hiya all!! I've been a silent reading in Renotalk forum for quite a while and gathering intel on pretty much everything. In and out of 5 to 6 iD, few contractors and finally saw this thread and decided to give it a go. I must say, i agree with luckycoin!!! Engaged Susan as the iD: attentive, gave ideas, listened to what i had to say before suggested alternatives. And most important of all, friendly,approachable and the price wise - Thumbs up!! (Of course, there ARE some items that are a bit pricey comparing with other iD, but the total sum is very competitive) Gonna sign up the package tomorrow nite and start the ball rolling on end October!
