cant agree more on the above! for the free gift part - i guess if they are giving some free services like part of the hacking/installation/labour as free should be fine... not like hacking will cost a lot more... i suppose we need to exercise some precaution to certain fine details in order to know that we're not taken for a ride. My ID actually sat down with me and went through every single details to ensure nothing was left out. At least i know he's not leaving out ny single detail. as for the laminates mentioned, i recalled he had shown me more than just EDI and Lam Chuan... there're Jennings and some others too.... good luck to those looking for IDs!

But hacking of the door frame will affect the wall tiles and will need more works to be done on the damaged wall tiles?

better to get more quotes and speak with more IDs.. many like to leave some white spaces and eventually when you sign, everything starts surfacing with monetary resolutions. end up you pay more than what you need and soon to realise, you didnt get the best deal after all...
