Have not checked this site for months. Actually gave up on everything, even after having Court Order in my favour and even after having made a police report. Police report No.A/20120727/2101 dd. 07th July. The more police reports made hopefully Police will take action. Our concerlation is to see the Scammers do not operate again and they are arrested and brought to court.

Hello! There is little chance that you will get your furniture. Go straight to Small Claims Court and get the format of forms required to make a report. You will then be given a date to mediate. It is a tedious process. Just do it. Dont waste time calling as this is the way they operate. When they have all the deposits they can get they will just close down. A police report should be made but do get a few of us together to make the report. The police is short handed, and will/can only act when there are sufficient complaints. For me I have a court order. Hello I am new to this site. Problem with Excellence. Bought a lounge set in Jan, paid in full like a fool $4,800/- and each month it has been delayed. Case could not help me after a few attempts, to contact them. Introduced me to Small claims court. Started with mediation, then assist refree, then before a judge, presume she is one. Basically I wanted some compensation for waiting 5 months; dispersments on my side, ie joining CASE (useless)$20/- Register at sub court. %10/- umpteen trips to case and the courts. Aske for $200/- No way they will pay. SC Tribunal is not receptive to compensations. Decided to put my case to the Judge,(3 rd. recourse) all she could do is award the oraginal payment back to me. ie $4,800/- Wait! Wait! Excellence said will pay in one months time. Amazing; Judge agreed. I ask to be paid with a cashers order. The guy did not know what that was. Anway the payment date to me is 26th July12 by cashers order. Fingers crossed. What if it does not happen?? Judge could not answer. Another long story I presume. She said she is in no position to advise, only to go to the FREE Legal Service next door to the Small Claims room. My conclusion:- if you can wait and wait, MAYBE something will happen and you get your furniture. For me, I just want to get my money back and tell all my friends, please do not buy from so called trade fairs. Wish I could write to the press. GO TO THE SMALL CLAIMS COURT AND BE THANKFUL IF YOU GET YOUR MONEY BACK. Period!!
