hi i use to have this prob but however it seems that nothing can be done..mainly due to wat kind of paint u were using previously. hence i got someone elses to have it painted all over again at a pretty good price & good workman ship... you may wana contact Mr Wong from Homespray painting & coating @ 90085314. hope it helps.
