My recliner Finally came..happy..I forgive them..

Was very excited when I booked it.. It's for my bedroom..hence I needed a narrow one with the handle/buttons on the left for easy access. Been to many shops and most cannot customize it to the left or too wide.. Finally decided on this and can't wait to finally have one (been dreaming about one for years.. Not because of budget..but space constrain),.. Maybe I overreacted.. But they bragged about their motorised unit so much.. How can forget to install it?? Hope when it comes, everything will be ok.. And hope they're after sales is ok too. Will update again..

Bought from Grace at sungei Kadut... The lady who called and told they forgot to install the motor , I think was a miss Teo or Ng.. Too shocked to remember

Was impressed with the sales person telling me how good their service was and their product is made in singapore etc.. I Ordered a motorized recliner from them to be delivered on Sat. The thurs before delivery, they called and ask if they can come on fri. When I insisted they send on the day I wanted, they said can only confirm on fri.. Come Friday, no one called me.. When I called them, they said I agreed to delivery one week later. After much explanation, they say ok to my intended date. On the day of the delivery, Waited half the morning, received a call to confirm they will come around noon. Then almost immediately, they call again to tell me they can't come because they FORGOT TO INSTALL THE MOTOR in my recliner...sigh, long story short.. Still have to wait. Never again..
