  1. Metal cone frame decor. Perfect condition, no scratches nor rust at all. Got it at $85 - selling at $40 2 wooden boxes, made to look industrial looking Carried back from Bangkok Rod Fai night market, about $150 for the large box, $60 for the small one. Got slightly banged up in transit, the larger box hinges have come loose. I use it to store misc items so seldom open the cover. Both for $100. '&' metal sign bought from Makeroom for $89, can sell for $50, giving away the placemat behind it foc too. Also have this unique designer configurable wall rack here: http://www.renotalk.com/forum/topic/65130-unique-designer-rack-for-sale-configurable-to-your-needs/
  2. Consider battery operated ones so you don't need to worry/rush to the schedule of the electrical installation?
  3. Thinking about child safety......i have casement windows installed in my house, and wondering if there is some kind of lock which can be installed to ensure it remains shut (perhaps only can open with key for e.g.) Can't say I have seen this before, so wonder if any one here knows and if so, where to get from. THks!
  4. Consider this other brand, cheaper too https://lockitron.com
  5. We have this in the nursery. Some of the screw holes in ours were misaligned when we got it, typical Ikea wood material (doesn't seem like it will last) but suffices for our current need. We don't expect it to last beyond a couple year's usage. There are a few variants of the cushion/covers, which will affect the price. There's also an accompanying ottoman, in case you're interested.
  6. Hi, can PM me your contractor's contact and also where you got the chesterfield sofa made? Love it! Thx!
  7. Have you guys tried cleaning the casement windows with the invisible grills in place? Was it difficult to do so, especially the outer glass surface of the window? Am toying with the idea of installing fixed invisible grills too between my blinds and casement windows.
  8. Welcome to Tampines! We have the same layout, probably around the same area
  9. Thanks! Was it sourced through your contractor? I can't seem to find Vinyl Vista's company website.
  10. Hi cooknchill, may I check where these laminates are from? Really love the rustic wood grains in left 2.
  11. Hi can check what brand/model is this and where you got it from? Been searching high and low for a black hood!
  12. 1) yes 2) yes 3) best to get the wire. Rubber coating of the wires generally is flame retardant, not always true with paints.
  13. Not quite the scandi look I was expecting, with the use of all those patterned tiles, but looking forward to seeing the end outcome! Have a great honeymoon!!
  14. Or another suggestion - matt black laminate to contrast with the white tiles on the other side, and wood look kompacplus top!
  15. Coming along really nicely! Could you share the contact of your contractor?
