Hi all, I just gotten the keys to my resale flat in Bishan. However, I found out about the the 3-year restriction on the removal of toilet tiles. The two toilets in my flat has undergone the upgrading program one year ago and I wonder if Im allowed to hack the tiles as I intend to relocate my MBR toilet's door. Does the 3-year restriction applies only to new flats or are upgraded toilets affected too? Be glad if anyone can clarify this. Thanks in advance!

Hi, I'm facing the same problem. The resale flat I bought has just undergone upgrading for the 2 toilets 1 year ago. Can anyone tell me if I'm allowed to change the tiles? I can't overlay bcos I'm relocating the toilet's door. Meanwhile, I will also verify with HDB. Thanks!
