can u elaborate what happens and what services they do for us after signing OTP that makes the 1% easier for me to swallow??? so that i can feel better about it at least if i feel they r doing a job

she is smart...she want to put it as the purchase price then later she will get the cash from seller. how to run away like that since it will be written on OTP what is the agreed price. at the moment im super turned of by agents....what makes them feel they deserve 1% from buyer when they r not doing anything for us...it almost feels like an exhtortion.u dont want to pay then u dont get to buy the house.

wierd thing ...i viewed a flat that i searched for myself and contacted the sole agent. she told me i need to pay 1% com plus the seller's part of the comission and that will be the selling price. means if val plus cash plus commission = selling price does she have the right to ask 1% from me??? again claim standard practice. its almost as if we need to pay them in order to buy the hpuse

went to view the unit with exclusive agent. now i understand that the agent will sell only when he makes the best profit. this one asking to pay for seller's commission and buyer 1% this is madness.

i didnt understand about the fix price in option thing....can u elaborate. plus i thought the paperwork are only the forms n submitting??? u mean thers more??

so technically speaking, we dont have a choice huh?? even if we search ourself, still need to pay seller's agent 1%??? they claim standard practice. im quite blown by this practice......seems quite unfair unless of course i ask him to bargain for me...but them that seems unfair to the seller too.

yeah im so pissed off right now. and to think that i was feeling guilty that i might have given her wrong idea. anyway i just contacted another agent marketing another unit...he said he is exclusive agent...lets see what he will say when i say i am my own agent.

im also using a filter system....after using it for a year, can really taste the difference if u accidentally drink tap water. its also oxygenated. some of the filters sold produce water that are acidic...i wont say names but u can test for urself with one of those chemical or paper testers. im happy with mine...dont want to say name lah later people say i market the product. and no im not selling them.

oh my goodness....i called her to clarify. guess what she told me...she said even if u call up the sole agent then he still will collect 1% from u as buyer...that is normal practice. who is trying to con who now???? who is she trying to kid???why hdb do resale seminar if no matter what, we still must pay agent...ridiculous.

sigh...i did not ask her to look for me. she asked me if im interested in the particular unit since the other one not available. then it went on to another unit...this 3rd unit she really working hard on it trying to get to the owner...thats why i got confused and posted this question cos i thought she is their agent. then at the first unit i asked her if she is the sole agent for the seller...she said 'sort of'...means what!???? i think the next time she calls i will just clear it up with her b4 misunderstanding happen of course i dont want to 'cheat' her as i also dont like to be cheated.duh pls note that i have viewed only one unit with her...the 2nd one might happen if she can get to the owner.

ok to be clearer, i called agent A and ask her if the unit she market 1 mth before was still available. she said no sold already then she ask me what im looking for and i told her. the next day she called me n told me there is a unit in one of the blks i was interested in, so she arrahnged for viewing and i went. didnt like the house. so each time got unit she think i might be interested she will inform me...but im afraid she might think that she is my agent and she will get commision from me. im on tight budget n cannot aford to pay anymore. so can i asssume that she will get commission from seller?? and that i just be straight with her from the start??

i want to apply for this particular job but the requirement is diploma while i have a degree. does that mean it will disqualify me( assuming the salary i ask for will be more)..or if i bring down the asking salary then it will be ok?? by the way they dont put salary range...instead ask what is expected from us...feels like a tricky question

i had that epidural...didnt really work for me till very last minute then i think it work cos after i gave birth i ddint feel the pain from episiotomy. later after it wear of then then pain was killing me had to ask for ponstan! they gave panadol i almost screamed at them. now everytime i get flu or very tired i feel my lower backbone aching...i feel it is due to the epidural

dont scare lah! i was also scared...when i just got married i told hubby i dont want baby yet cos i was scared then the next mth i was pregnant...wah lau! then from there i just took it as it came...not too bad lah...u will just appreciate ur mum alot more becos i felt the pain she felt. i feel that that was the best ( although most painful) experience.it makes u grow up real fast.

haha...i got mixed opinions on KKH. i delivered in SGH...delivery process ok lah. and no not every woman must scream when in pain...i didnt say a word just endure the pain until baby come out already then i cry. wah so painful man. about KKH...a colleage insisted that i should go KKH since they have the medical equipments and expertise should anything go wrong...but i stuck to SGH cos the gynae was recommended by my GP. but i think no use lor cos she only turn up when baby coming out liao. plus i didnt get the room i wanted cos full house so i had to downgrade. sigh...might go east shore next time.

sigh...so sales people like this still exist in singapore. and always lao ah lian. i also got experience...makes me feel real bad till today...i guess i cannot fathom how someone could be so mean. but mine wasnt furniture...was jewellery. when i said i'll think about it first she said ' dont want to buy then dont see lah'. i wish there was a way to teach such people a lesson.

did he have to take preventer inhaler everyday also???? i also wanted to take him swimming ( i mean play with water lah...now only 2 yrs) but he caught the flu which made the asthma flare up...plan cancel lor. now he feeling sick and refuse to eat anything..time to use inhaler he will cry like mad as if it is painful. i want to put the inhaler when he is asleep but his paed said will be useless. sigh

well they think if they choose will be better choice mah...but they forget whether the new one will serve them like the old one...u think that AI mei glamour want to do housework and slave in the home like the wife ah...pls laaaaaaahhhh.
