(got my reno done at 62k, includes:) -wiring, -plaster, -painting, -kitchen cabinet -3 toilets -change staircase railing -Hack 1st floor tiles & cement screed -New main door/gate -all window grilles (invisible grille) + sliding window + all top hung -hack foyer+lay tiles(i bought over recess area) -MBR wardrobe -All bedroom doors including utility -Glass doorx2 for shower, bifold for 1st floor -Laminate 1st & 2nd floor except foyer & kitchen (Inovar) -L box/false ceiling all over house except kitchen/toilets & 2 bedrooms. -& other stuffs.. but i deal with 4 contractors (1 for window, 1 for invisible grille, 1 for laminate flooring & rest 1 main con) sry to hijack the post.can pls PM me the contractor who do up ur house?Just got a EA and stil looking for reno contractor. Hope to gather more quotes and to compare. Thks
