hi guys! i'm very new to this forum, and i'll b collecting key for my EA soon.. we have a very rough idea how we would want our love nest to look like except for one thing i'm having a little bit of headache.. we want a open kitchen, but we also wish to install air con in our living room. this is a relatively big house (140+ sqm), and we will be expecting quite a lot of space after hacking away the wall of the kitchen. so i was wondering, other than partitioning one area of my living room to enjoy the air con...will any frens out there have any other creative ways we can go around doing this? a big thank you in advance!

hihi all, i am very very new to this forum and i'll probably be getting a house of my own in probably 6 months time... i have see some of u mentioning that the price is rising sharply and that is seriously worrying! i am interested in getting the bamboo one actually....am i able to like "reserve" one in advance...so as to lock in the price...? any recommended seller?
