    Also beware of ATD Builder Mr. Richard Png. Same thing, taken full payment from owner but never pay to his sub cons. He is asking sub cons to chase house owner. No response to phone calls, emails and for sms. Almost all works incompletely done. not turning up to finish the pending things. worst contractor.
