Yeah.. I am looking around for good reliable contractors.. I understand that IDs jack up the whole renovation by additional 35% to 45% !!! Anyone keen to recommend some good reliable contractors?

Hi Guys, I am new to this forum.. I will be getting my keys to my 4-rm BTO flat in Punggol Sails project next year and I am at a loss when it comes to reno designs.. Should I engage an ID or get contractors?? Is it recommended to get IDs that are accredited in RADAC and HDB? I seen a few IDs in Expo and almost everyone is quoting me 30k (excluding electrical points quotes) for simple flat renovation.... I do not intend to hack any walls..
