Cos the previous owner.... really no maintenance and take care... not even scrub his bath room..... so on the Slate tiles on bath room wall has those stain...( purple/ brown color)???

What is chemical wash/ acid wash???? Can you wash those stain/ mould in the bath room??

Agree too.... only worry is scare guest might walk into the glass door.... add some frosted line will help??? or first the top part?? hm..... pattern.... lines??? no la... names... names on wall or glass door sounds old fashion The glass door is too prevent the aircon leaking into kitchen... so i guess most of the time it will be open

Should The glass dividing door between Hall and Kitchen be clear glass or frosted??

Day 6- Tuesday... went to check out in the evening. Plaster work continue..... Aircon Changed.... Hall- 18k BTU MBR- 12k BTU Study- 9k BTU left over materials.... Also. Kitchen glass door rail fixed

Day 2 Today hack away the huge box at the corner of the kitchen///...... guess what's in inside??? just the main gas pipe.... and need to box 300x300mm???? also hack it to cos i need to install a glass sliding door for my kitchen... the box up is block my glass door and i nee to run the PUB gas pipe old and dirty wall paper has been removed

Day1.... today start the tear down works.... the platform area... feel old liminate floor is flimsy and bloated.. so tear away to touch up. to my horror- where the affect floor was taken up.... i see moldy under the old lami floor..... i guess the previous don't know how to take care of the floor, or the floor is wrong installed??? is it to lay a film or membrane first before the lami floor??? now i have to redo the whole platform again
