Next stop..... Need to nail down the kitchen over lay tile and the bath room tiles. I my mind is cement finish tiles, black granite stone... For kitchen floor.... Either black stone finish or some wood finish. i have no ID , so everything have to visualize in my head.... And hopefully everything fall in place. looks like many renotalk recommended hafary ... So wil go there to check out.

Just blowsing this 2 laminate catalog took me 2 week.... Trying to visualize how it would look in the real setup cos The tiny piece samples really don't give you the real Perspective. Now just only narrow down the kitchen and the bedroom lami.... Now wonder what laminate for my living room tv cabinet and shoe cabinet. only yet to decide how my dividing partition will look.

kitchen- split to 2. dinning area to raise the floor (platform) to level to the hall. the wet kitchen upgrading to more storage.

finally trashed the old kitchen cabinet, wardrobe. tv cabinet, fish tanks...

did some sketch on what i wanted on the kitchen. cos my kitchen is old 4 NG type- long rectangle.... so gonna divide it to wet kitchen and dinning area. also think to put a glass sliding door between the hall and dinning or should do door between dinning and kitchen??

hate that old kitchen... 17 years old and fall apart

after divorce for so long... after the paper works, after the transfer of ownership to me. ex got her new house.... 1 1/2 year has pass..... and yet i Still haven't start.... everything still on drawing board. guess now is the last few laps.... logistic issue... waiting for ex to really move out her stuff- waited over 1 1/2 year also I am staying w my kids .... thinking of packing all our existing thing is really a nightmare..... stuff over 15 years of staying here.... stay tune. will update more
