  1. same here in my previous condothere was a very tragic accident whena young child fell from the balcony of a high floor unit cos the stupid mgt dont allow grilles in balcony....from then on i told myself never going to stay high floor in condo...hdb is ok cos u can do whatever grille u want but u look at some newer condo all glass balcony it is scaring...

  3. hey bro urs 4 bedder super big PES just like mine but mine is 3 bedder....possibilities are endless... i chose GND floor BIG pes cos i got kids and dogs...plus i love keeping plants and fishes...so there is bit of sacrifice on the living space but we will get used to it..presently i staying in a hdb flat on high floor..just hate the feeling of taking lift up/down...

  5. congrats just like me 2 more years plus to go i got a gnd unit at seaesta...but its a covered patio...so i wont be needing awning...i thought of outdoor coffee/dining table...maybe koi pond..small swing for my kids...really a lot of things can do with patio...but i told myself wait n see 2 years is a long time...a lot of things can happen...initially when i just bought very excited but now..haiya..still got 2 years plus..

Hi can i check is the standard height for kitchen cabinets 2ft....somehow i find it a bit low...my height about 5"10inches..will it be a problem but of course other members of my family average 5feet including my maid and i think they will be using the kitchen more than me...but i am just wondering...any feedback..tks

  20. congrats on your wonderful house just a piece of history...this site used to be a malay kampong in the 1970's....i studied at bedok boys school and used to go to the kampong to buy ice lollies and visit my malay friends staying in the kampung houses there...ahh fond memories....really really wonderful...hope you have a wonderful stay in your new place...
  21. ha ha once u move in to this kind of property u wont want to leave trust me...i been there and done that...rent out your em..you can prob get 3k plus rental...the wajek house if you rent maybe 4 to 4.5k...trust me for a difference of 1k...it aint worth it...
