Thanks for the reply. Probably not fixed properly. My contractor told me to get other people to install it and deduct it from the total bill. The electrician he got claims that he has never fixed this model before.

Hi Paloma, I got the same fan as you. But after installation, I find that the fans tends to wobble at the speed 2 and 3. Is it the same with yours? Is this normal?

What happened to mine was the guy who did my false ceiling and L-box came and do the pipe box-up in all my toilet and shower. So with brackets and aluminum/stainless steel sheets, he boxed them up and screw the same sort of wood they used in the false ceiling. The tiler then put a layer of water proofing cement (the same sort they use on the kitchen and bathroom floors) before tiling it.

Mine looks exactly like yours. Not sure if this is the same as everyone else.

Any update? How does your L-box look like right now? Actually I do not know how a correct L-box should look like. I should go grab a ladder and look at mine tomorrow.

In response to the original question, the IKEA cord could only hold on to a load of 2kg. Your glass lamp shade may be a tad too heavy.

I was wondering if anyone has any complaints about Fanco's FFM4000, 48-inch ceiling fans? I am going to purchase 4 of these but I keep hearing sellers saying that they receive a lot of complaints for that fan. Buyers are complaining that there is no wind? Any feedback from Fanco FFM4000 users here would be greatly appreciated. I am getting either the FFM4000 or the Amasco Fresh 2, also a 48-inch ceiling fan. They look exactly the same but the Amasco is a lot more expensive when you buy four of them.

Oh, I also got free gift. The usual 2 pillows and mattress protector-lor. Everyone is giving away the same free gifts, so I did't think it was especially attractive. But I don't think mine is a memory mattress. It has a few inches of natural latex on top, topped with some cooling materials and it has individual pocket spring system. Cannot shake away the "kanna chop" feeling.

I just paid 1700 for a PrinceBed queen size mattress and a storage bed frame with no central divider. I was told it was the best in UK or US (can't remember which), only to find out that it was a Singapore brand. Best price we could bargain, they wouldn't even let it go at 1650. The model of the mattress is Glendale, but I couldn't find any reference to it online. Start to regret 'dy.
