i agree on that. i did relief teaching at one of the primary school before. 40 kids in a class is too much. i wonder why govt dont wanna reduce it lo. i think 20 is a just nice group so that attention can be given to every kid. with all the hype abt increasing singapore's birthrate, but with problems like this not settled, where got ppl really want to have kids? u noe i read that in finland, kids don't start schooling (real schooling learning abc's) till they are seven. that means they are literally illiterate till seven. they learn from play like hands on things, building things till seven then start learning words but they still lead the world in terms of literacy (top ten or something) when they are fiften. i feel singapore children start going to prep school to learn words too early in singapore. and its 20 yrs of schooling after tat. where got fun? so stressful. haha and somemore u can put pets at home and go out shopping yrself. i cant put my son alone at home lor! come back, don't know my house still there anot? i see i see. wardrobe planning very tedious le. see lots of other ppl one so that u can build yrs. so far, mine (not walk-in) just nice for me to put all my barangs barangs. last time, my old wardrobe squeeze the clothes until want to collapse on me liao. haha, wat is biw??? i know showroom but how come he got access to the pcs in showroom? he's the housing agent then he take back to sell? retail theraphy is the BEST! yesterday and today nv spend $ feeling odd. so went watsons buy hand soap, shampoo etc add up oso got $40.

haha, quiet and well-behave really depends on parents le. me and my hubby siao siao one so my son also like clown like that! we turned out fine. but the environment for kids then and now different ma. for me, i don't have the means to provide $1000 per semester english tuition at lorna whistna (or something), $1000 enrichment classes like art at nanyang academy art school/speech and drama at singapore performing arts/swim lessons at ang peng siong school, $1000 golf lessons etc lo. i feel as long as my kid got the right values, studies need not be the priority. don't be last can liao la, don't need be top. next time got job, enough to feed him (when married, his family), i'm happy. if baby cry, my mother instinct will kick in lo. i don't go near babies too. scare i want another one after i see them so cute! hehe, u r so loving to yr babies that i'm still shocked u dun like kids le! but given a choice again, i would not have one so soon la. now i'm 27 with a six yrs old, if i'm not married, most probably i intend to marry at 35 and have a kid before i'm 40.

haha. ngiao ppl den will have lots of $. u noe some of my cms very scary one lei. so rich den come my office (we've like a drinks lounge with tea/coffee/soft drinks/biscuits) will tabao a lot back! take plastic bag to come take soft drinks home one ok. i'm totally disgusted. i mean if they r broke no $, i can understand la, even help u pack but accounts got TONS of $ lo. anything else the guy is selling? how come he got such lobangs le?

very nice place u have! i love the kitchen lightings. makes it looks super classy. i also love the shoe cabinet/seating area. i think u can pull the door to copy the seats one right? so nice! the wardrobe is one big pc one very nice oso. then the toilets best le. i love yr tiles. i kinda regret on my mbr toilet choices. *sighs* wish it was like yrs! so nice!

hello! starting yr reno tmr rite! congrats ya. exciting times coming right up. i don't understand how come the previous owner like to paint all the pipes brown, kinda awful le. usually ppl paint to blend in with the wall colour ma. hee..

mini-u and mini-him! so kawaii le. where got, pets want food oso ma. they want balls, they want collars just that cannot communicate oni wat. i think upbringing is really impt lo. but its true kids nowadays r so different fr the older generation though i still think how the parents teach. that child on a bus must be very spoilt at home. so u teach yr mini(s) properly then wun like tat liao. there are lots of good cases too wat. but its good that u n yr bf see eye to eye on such things. i got a gf, so sad le, she wan kid, bf dun wan so end up broke up lo. so sad for her coz they love each other lo. but kids is one of the the biggest contributor to the marriage equation lor, very hard to compromise one.

yr unit is same layout as my old 3-rm le. but yr original condition is pretty terok. last time when me and hubby stay, we find for 2 ppl, 3-rm is really more than enough lo. but for me, we moved coz son going p1 liao next yr so need more space. if not i think 3-rm good le - less cleaning for one, cheaper sc for two, most subsidy and govt give $ for THREE! hee. i don't understand the million dollar cropped view joke le, can enlighten me? u mean u cut and paste? but its really nice pic, i love sunrise/sets!

den u think how come the saying 'love is blind' comes about? haha.. i think as time passes, ppl in love will take things for granted. love will only grow is effort is put into it. effort like sincerity, truthfulness, faithfulness, trust etc. so if no effort, love will be gone lo no matter how 'hong hong lie lie' u love each other in the beginning. hehe. wa, pak tor so long why don't get married le? i mean sometimes so long together, need to get into the next phase of life ma to make things exciting (like kids), if not boring liao lei. ai ya, me and hubby oso lao fu lao qi till don't even remember our wedding anniversary one. most of the yrs, its over already then i remember and tell him. we only remember birthdays. but all this is just superficial lo. most impt is everyday loving, sincere, truthful, faithful, caring..

tks! but u see the $ spent not nice liao. got experience with my unit can share share lo. hehe. all the more u shld talk to many many many ids and tell them to plan for u. then u can combine into the best one and go find a contractor to work on it. but care shld be taken to find a good contractor coz one design we see outside like easy easy nice nice but actually lots of hidden issues. coz at first my hubby oso say he be the id to save money (id+their co take at least 30% profit from the quote) but lucky we didn't. one example : we have a extended island worktop and the sink is located on it, we did not expect the water source and water drainage to be so complicated, it was routed all the way from the opposite side of the kitchen from the top and the drainage is routed back at the bottom, my id use a lot of ways (false ceiling, boxing up, tiling over etc) to cover up all these pipes as i hate exposed pipings. it is something i don't think we will be able to plan and resolve on our own. and from the way i see my id's contractors work, they don't know abt planning lor. every little thing they will call him to ask. u can oso check with forummers if u sign with contractor, on ideas feasibility coz a lot of them do that and have lots of experience plus their place looks great! kudos to them! so put yr ideas here for their comments. happy contractor/id sourcing! i find that its the most headache part for me - signing on the dotted line with the right id.

VERY NICE! i love the white living, black toilet, black kitchen, the lights and mirror with lights in the dining. swee le. the divider in front of the main door is very unique. i believe the area near the dining used to be balcony? very nice if can do into cosy corner with a chair and side table. great place u have!
