girl, if u do the sink on island, must take note on how to draw the water there and drain out. coz i have a gf whose unit is in redhill, sink on island, then id plan sala then end up she need to have a cemented (covered by the floor tiles) raise step in the kitchen (along the pathway) to cover the pipes which is very awkward lor. everytime i walk into her kitchen nearly trip. the id did do a slope so its less dangerous but its raised so really more ma fan. miscalculation by the id, thought can hack the floor to accomodate the pipe in the floor but end up cannot. so u take note ok.

wa, but 2nd week really very very very efficient lei. i got days in between the reno no work done one coz id say in case the previous trade cannot finish what they need to do so no clash. yr one everyday got people working? the stoneheage thingy really funny le. hehe. ask lei, wat is the purpose for? oh ya, i kinda regretted my rough surface toilet tiles in MBR. i find its a bit harder to maintain. coz my common toilet is polished homogeneous easier to mop lo. n polish looks nicer! hee.. but mine oso laid la, too late!

haha.. i feel the waiting time between tiling and carpentry (in between doing plumbing, electrical, false ceiling) longest.. coz plumbing, electrical and false ceiling cannot tell much difference to the unit ma.. but once starts carpentry after that, lots of difference..
