If anyone of you interested, I hear that Teka showoffice is having 20% sale on all their stuff and additional 5% (25%) on electrical hobs! I buy already at 20% (ID managed to get the discount for me) then the sale came, lugi 5%..

Bought my living room TV and washing machine today, $2130 and $520 damage. Actually I had intended to buy all my appliances from Kong Tai as its a old family friend and their price has always been the cheapest after comparing with other shops in Queensway. But hubby found this shop where we got the stuff today selling even cheaper - Mega Discount located at Katong. Really can go down there take a look if you are buying appliances! Look for Arthur as I see some other staff when I was there like not very sincere. Arthur was really good so we put down the deposit first. He allow us to change to another model we are eyeing (Toshiba 37") with 3 days advance notice before delivery coz we still considering between the two. Then at first we were also hesitant as TVs prices will drop quite fast so thinking buy only when we are moving in. He gave us the guarantee that if the price drop in 3 weeks time (our target date of moving in all the appliances first), he will rebate us the same amount. But still thinking if we should go with the 42" plasma coz our living is really tiny. Wanted a plasma as we want to view from the side angle even if we are sitting at our breakfast counter but 42" (the smallest size available for plasma) seems kinda too big hence we are worried we might feel feel like vomiting coz giddy if we are sitting in our living room sofa. Anyone got small living but big TV screen? Will get giddy anot har? Help!

its love to the siao stage liao.. i feel that he sees that he owns her and she is part of him and he wants her to listen to everything he says and when she don't do it, he tries to discipline her in a way not different from how i discipline my son i guess.. she cant run from him as he will track her down.. only way is to disappear and she would not want to give up her family.. having said all that, i believe they are happy 90% (with once-in-a-blue-mood physical fights) of the time, which i guess perhaps thats good enough as i think i'm only like happy 70% (only verbal fights) of the time lor!! haha..

ya lor, why these girls cannot go find those single man?? go ciong so many desperate and available ones around one.. think they feel those taken having better quality??

that means yr hubby fell in love with yr natural beauty la!! so u need not worry ma.. i think my hubby prefer me all dressed and make-up lor.. anyways, i think u still young right?? worry when u r hitting the big three-o.. hee..

not yet, only the bare platform in the living room posted previously.. the carpet will be up last.. show u the photo when its done ok, or if u in the area can always come by anytime.. my ID put 'To construct one set of solid plywood platform c/w Venetian luxurious cut-pile frieze' carpet to living area as per illustrated in layout plan $2200'.. so exact how much is it psf or what i no idea lei, did not ask.. but if u keen, i can ask him if i got friend want to buy carpet without labour and with labour how much for u.. on good terms with him la, he's more like friend now liao after i bother him so much everyday.. haha.. did u read the latest home & decor or square rooms, i forgot which one.. got this owner transform her 3-rm for her cats' playground lei.. with flaps in doors for cats to move abt, hacking kitchen wall so cats got more space, beams layed across the room and on the ceiling for her cats to exercise and mounting book shelfs in a way like ladders for the cats to hop on to another to reach those ceiling beams.. super super nice!!

ya, compassvale, yr toilet is duper nice lor!! the concealed piping rain shower head looks so beautiful.. imagine bathing in the rain!! i only odd one out from bukit panjang lor, all of u stay in punggol..er..or is compassvale in seng kang??

haha.. if i can change one thing about man, i think it will be for them not to hit woman.. regardless of reason.. those that do are not man lor, they are beasts..

harder to sell in a way harder to find potential house buyers with same view lor.. but with good renovation i tink it will not be that difficult.. anyways, i don't understand 5-rm and 4-rm got what difference other than size coz my 5-rm only got 3 bedrooms lor.. great!! i love open concept dining and kitchen too, i hacked my kitchen walls totally oso.. haha.. no regrets!!

yr ID shld be able to do a sketch for u minimum if u want to see how it looks like.. some can even give u 3d..

i actually oso not a very adventurous person, more conservative.. but coz got ID so me and hubby leave a lot of things to the ID one as we feel we pay so much for his expertise so must well let him have more free rein.. as long as at the end of the day nice can le.. but real reason is - we lazy people la!! i tink we too used to seeing the place empty empty lor.. coz tats wat i felt too when my carpentry arrived.. all those cupboards makes my flat look so small, tiny and cramped.. but i'm sure once everything settled in nicely yr place will look cozy la!! happy furnishing ya!!

insecure maybe.. i know them very well.. young time got problem anot i don't know.. he is the eldest in the family with a younger brother.. parents divorce.. he had lots of love from his grandparents.. actually his father runs quite a big food business in singapore, u might have hear the food brand before one but big gambler.. i do not know how his parents divorce but i know his father has a china woman staying together now.. mother i don't know got new husband anot but they on ok terms.. i guess family kinda complicated la, coz i know he got this cousin is a butch, i even see her partner before coz we r close n i attend their gatherings.. then uncle looks gayish (single, dress very well, in designing line, stays in joo chiat condo and renovate till super nice).. tat pretty sums up his family.. any insights if tats e cause??

actually i'm starting to worry on my hubby oso.. he oso air force regular ord-ing this august so now clearing leave and gg to look for job soon.. then he say he want to do sales job.. i've been dissuading him coz i know sales, a lot of chances to meet/see girls one.. then i feel do sales a lot of free time can have afternoon affairs one lor.. plus he from air force, nv really in much contact with outside girls before, now suddenly being 'fang chu lai' (release out), i dun noe he can withstand all those temptations anot.. girls nowadays like i say in my mar vs venue post, super scary one lor.. i feel for u karen and i will be equally as lost.. further my hubby worse, not those talking type.. anything i say more, he finds i'm naggy and will shut me out.. then i'm those paranoid wife oso, now he in air force, i already worry, i'm like losing sleep worrying when he is out of air force.. i oso don't know why i like tat coz its not like i my 'tian jian' (condition) is lousier than him or wat but i just worry lor.. coz i really tink some of the girls outside are really scary.. i really don't understand how some of these girls think.. leave our man alone!

my hubby will do it too.. i oso don't understand why.. i mean mine was nothing so serious la.. like couple of days ago, was out with ID choosing lights, then in the shop, i was trying to tell him one of the light maybe we can consider putting at this corner of our house, i think he wasn't in a good mood tat day, then when the ID asked him what i wanted, my hubby say 'don't know la, she always like to mumble to herself' so loudly in the shoo lor.. make me malu and stupid and small.. then just last sunday, we went sentosa, was late and he told his friend 'its her *point to me* fault'.. but i mean like i said, it was nothing so major as in front of my colleagues (to me thats the extreme because of professionalism i need to maintain in front of my working partnes) so i let go but did tell him i felt kinda hurt.. though he doesn't get it still, he find it small matter.. sighs *shake head*

i super agree.. but not only teenagers lor.. some old/mature/working girls don't mind 'tiap lui' (give money) to the man one lor!! so yes, we must dress ourselves up.. the only thing is i find it hard to do so at home la.. coz i'm a 70% make-up, no natural beauty kind of girl, cant possibly make up at home right.. sighs, so i still lose!! haha, me and hubby oso argue say whom do the same 'wrong' things lor.. its good la.. at least we can see it as third party point of view and then improve our relationship.. kudos to channel 8!! i only do polite talk with my mil.. what did yrs do??

hehe, i wanted a boy first.. coz hor, boy easier to look after ma.. fall down all this don't need to worry.. but girl hor, so kawaii must protect.. and then worry next time grow up tackle by boys hor.. muahaha.. at least boy he go tackle girls don't worry.. then second one girl.. coz girls are still so cute cute cute!! can wear dress, miniskirts, bikinis.. so much choices.. tie hair, pin hair, wear hairband.. boys clothes very boring one, shorts and shorts/jeans/pants oni.. BUT at the end of the day, just say say oni la, healthy is most impt la!!

ya, i got this girlfriend, we all can tell her boyfriend-now-husband will rather kill her than kill himself than let her leave him one.. he brings her everywhere he goes, nv let her out of his sight other than for work.. sad thing is, he loves her till he hits her coz he cannot control his emotions when he is so angry with her but still love her and want her to listen to him o-n-l-y.. scary..

i got ariston for my water heater.. got the smallest one as my ID concealing it in my below basin cabinet.. tell him so big and ugly, u better hide it somewhere.. wa, but yr ao smith warranty so long, so good!! i nv even chk my warranty.. u mean at first yr old ariston was not working?? i tink when carpentry starts, things moves faster.. my ID was oso saying my carpentry shld finish next wk then everyting 7788 already.. then i ask when handover, he say soon but he a bit sad to let go as he havent done a 'nice' unit in a long time, usually houseowners more practical wun be like me, can accept carpet wall-to-floor-to-wall that kind of suggestions.. more pics!!

finally up!! can surf net le.. can't wait to move to my new place.. though stay at parents place very good - free parking, maid, cook, helper to look after son.. but no freedom wor.. reminds me when i'm 18 yrs old.. was at st james last nite with colleagues and dad called 11pm to threaten me that he will lock the doors at 12am regardless i'm back anot!! alamak, was frustrated lor, telling my hubby 'i'm 27 yrs old, i'm married, i've a kid and i'm controlled by my dad.'.. depressing hor!!

i got the teka hob & hood.. now teka having 20% sale on their stuffs plus additional 5% (25%) on their electrical hobs lei!! i buy liao, super lugi, if not can save a bit more, only managed to get 20% on everything.. i love love love high floors (great view, fresh air) but hubby got high phobia and his ears hurt everytime the lift go up anything more than 12 so we got to make do with my current 11 floor.. plus actually i take the lift high, i very scare the lift drop down lei.. its just a silly phobia (on top of my height phobia like hubby) i have.. can ask wat is "Asia Dekor and Power Dekor"?? floor laminates brand??
