hi, very nice reno u have there, actually i just bought flat with a very similar layout like yours, but unfortunately no more enough money to renovate.

anyway, to have an idea may i know how much u spent for the reno, and who's your ID?, do u think they do just a small job only, like hacking the living rm floor and laying new tile, bcoz like yours, mine flooring is also old type...
