I have just put an option to purchase a 3 room flat in Yishun yesterday. I know my completion is still a few months away but no harm starting this journal now. Tomorrow, I will start to look for a bank loan and now I'm starting to plan my renovation. The house is in a very "original condition" and about 26 years old.So it will be a complete overhaul. I wanted to make the leaving room like an indoor garden with lot's of indoor and wall plants. The furniture will be those outdoor garden furniture, you won't be entering into a living room, but a garden. However, my wife will be too shock to accept this idea.So I have to choose a more practical theme. It will be just a simple contemporary design. Would like to hear from your advice and input.
