    Bought my second item of my house. My usual cheapo self, I bought a display TV set for $589 instead of $889. I'm converting 1 of the smaller room into a multi-purpose room. It will be a TV cum Study cum Guest cum family room

    I found out that the lights in JB and some Singapore shop's prices are very competitive. Factor the warranty(For Singapore shop} Is it worth the while to buy on line? Eg. This set below is selling US$99 At AliExpress JB is selling at RM300. There is another shop at Jalan Dedep (JB) selling at 50% discount! (not this set, but a lot similar set from TB) Perhaps I missed out something that I don't know? What's your view?

    I will capitalise on the park and try to bring nature into my house. It will be lots of plants in the house and a marine fish tank. I will hang a bird feed at my window to attract some birds ( but not too many that will cause health hazard)

    My 4 room flat. Love the bay window! All rooms are facing the park, Kudos to the architect! One of the reason I change from 5 to 4 room is this Laundry Yard! I will try to grow some veggies for salads!

    FifteenMay, My humble suggestion. 1. The top white should swop with the bottom beige for easier maintenance. 2. The Blue backsplash does not go well with the earth tone. 3. Attached my old kitchen for your reference.
