Getting my key in 20 days time. I had about 5 quotes from ID and another 5 quotes from the small time contractors. I was really surprised that the small time contractors or the direct carpenters are all more expensive. Eventually awarded my contract to a big ID company despite mine is a mickey mouse project. Just doing the Kitchen cabinet, overlay 2 toilet walls, master room cabinet, painting and hack 1 piece of wall. All for less then $13K

Just back from Guangzhou, did not buy much. Some lights,bags,cushion covers, curtains,some home decor stuffs All within a box. For those who wants to fly over and ship them back, I think is worth it. You will be able to save at least 50%. Moreover, the photos we saw from TB and AliExpress can be deceiving. They have many grades for the same items.

My 6 years old resale 4 room flat. The dining room The living room Big Bedroom Small Bedroom- will be the future study room. The master room The 4 and 5 room flat, space difference can be quite a lot. There isn't much "idle" space for the 4 room flat.
