    How to remove this window grills? These window grill sit within the frame of the window. There is no sign of screws attachments. How to remove it, funny thing is, it is very securely attached to the main window.

    My seller agrees to hand key over on the 1st appointment for my early renovation. Can we submit indemnity and renovation form before our 1st appointment to save time? Or we have to wait till the 1st appointment then we can submit the indemnity and renovation form? Thanks in advance.

    Not her fault, I got the sample from a display and ask her to go ahead. BTW, my contractor told me they can only submit the Renovation form and indemnity form after the 1st HDB appointment, is that correct? Or we can submit in advance and hopefully gets the approval for renovation on the day of our first appointment.

    Please be very careful when you select your laminate from the small tiny sample. It can be a totally different look on the actual furniture, the small sample is a very bad representation of the actual piece. I suggest you go to the supplier to look at the actual big piece. This aquarium cabinet is totally not I wanted. The grain are so much different from the sample.

    Bought this clock, love the rose gold colour. Is it too bright? It will place against a big white wall all by itself.

    You just need to get a good contractor, especially those with builders licences, they will be able to help you with Cheap quantity surveyor, architectural design, structural engineer or electrical engineer if you need to upgrade 3 phase power supply. I think you also need professional engineer to sign your AA. You also might need to instal water pump.

    Real plant is the way to go! it will help to cleanse your air! Indoor plant is not that difficult, but you need to put in a little of maintenance work. not more than an hour a week. I'm sure you can grow herbs, by installing Red/Blue plant LED lights above your vertical planters. I'm sure Vertical Green can help you instal!

    Yes, with the mirror. $400 is OK, the mirror cabinet is $250. I saw a shop selling separately at $400 and $300 without taps

    I have started growing this Mint and Basil at my current place. I will add more herbs when I move over. Will also be planting for my salad needs, all at the service yard. I've tried and bake Salmon with Mint and Basil, they taste great! You all should try it too!

    Here is my bathroom "featured" wall tile. I selected a tile that will be difficult to wash or maintain, But decided to go for something out of the ordinary.

    Tried very hard to buy stuffs from TB, unfortunately could'nt get it done. So decided to buy the toilet sink and mirror here. Comes with 5 years warranty. I think TB is selling S$200 cheaper but without warranty.

    Bought somemore stuffs for my reno and counting down to my key collection! 10 days to go! This laminate will be for my Kitchen, Marine Tank cabinet and my master room wardrobe. Does it sound/look funny to have all the carpentry sharing the same laminated? Whatever it is, I love the woodgrain of the teak laminate.

    Can I side track. I tried to order Toilet Vanity set from TB. But they say it won't deliver to Singapore. This is my first time ordering. Do we need to use our agent or have to go through some other process? Please advice

    Yah, the sad thing about old flat is the no-concealable wiring. But, for the new HDB flat, they can't conceal the wiring too. The only solution is to use the industrial design piping which can look quite hip, but I guess this is not your theme.
