I have received many PM for my contractor contact His name is James Lee 98303313 I have work with him for my last 3 houses over 20 years He still uses the same electrician and carpenter for the past 20 years They are amazingly good His rate is not the the cheapest But more importantly, he can translate what I want Believe it or not I have no problem with his work Perhaps I'm not to fussy The whole renovation cost me $33K I don't work for him nor have any vested interest I just want to show my appreciation for his good work
