Just finished renovation of my apartment, done by Plush Living's ID Johnny. Went away on an overseas holiday for 1 month while the work was being done, and came back to a 'new' home. I went for a simple design, and everything was straightforward--remove all aircons in unit, remove built-in wardrobes, varnish bedroom parquet floors, remove bath-tub and build a new shower in bathroom, remove and install kitchen cabinets,install false ceilings, and build a new TV feature-wall, and a book cabinet. Johnny brought me to shop for bathroom and kitchen fixtures from tiles to taps, and stove, oven and lights, which was a very good idea because I don't have to look for stuffs myself.
