So far ok nothing much on me n hubby, mil strike 4d but not on house number.. Sil still jobless but hubby got a slight pay raise after we move in.. But don't know if can consider gd luck since his company usually give employee pay raise around that period

Service from them was quite gd and the price is reasonable too.. the sliding door from excel..the sliding door guy came down at least 3 times to do the measure as my contractor keep delaying in doing up the kerb..gotta drop my plan for a louver door due to budget issue..lucky the sliding door turn out nice..

Sigh fsm came down but can't move yet cuz house still too messy lucky my fsm is gd he help us circulate the house qi today and advice us to only move on cny eve, he will have 2 come back again to an chuan for us on 2feb.. Think I should give an additional Ang bao for him le..

Today is the day to move and my house is still my completed.. Electrical partial done will complete by today hopefully, tiles a few hollow but hubby and I might not be changing..shower screen not done yet coming today, solid surface for toilet coming today, toilet pd door only can come one Monday...house not clean before I left the place at 10pm ytd.. Suppose to chem wash ytd but partial done.. Meeting my fsm at 930am to do those simple move house ceremony, he will have to come again aft Reno done to tell me how to pray and thanks for "smooth" Reno...

I feel that I loose the bargaining power, I told the contractor I should follow the contract as it mention after carpentry..than he replied saying that if that's the case I wouldn't get my flat ready this week.. Felt threatened since I'm so in hurry to move in..

Wasn't very smooth seem to have a lot of unplanned work.. The contractor assured us that they will make gd the flooring and any damage they will compensate and do gd for us, hood and hob is damage they will also give us new one, water heater as well... He said everything should be almost ready by 11jan which was suppose to be my intended move in date and now I doubt I can move in time.. Contract mention I suppose to pay next payment only after carpentry work is up but now he was asking for advance payment becuz he said things was delayed due to holiday season which he should have known is peak season way before he take up my work and we sign the contract.. I'm under lotsa pressure as my hubby was angry with how things goes and I am the one coordinating these work.. My mil keep nagging said 便宜没好货.. Just hope things can tire out gd after he polish the parguet for me today..

I just bought an em at 4th floor, and I seriously think try have serious roach problem..my hacker told me when hacking away a cabinet there were many tiny cockroaches run out from there and they claim is more than 50 of them.. Since Reno till now every time I went to the unit I saw roaches running around.. Both alot of those baits for the roaches and also those spray that I put in the kitchen hope can get ruin of them before I move in

Can revarnishing help with sharp tools dropping on the surface.. I saw a contractor drop an electric drill on it

i wonder this can still be use after cleaning away the thick layer of dust.. the storage heater which i told them i wanna reuse..but now..i wonder if still possible.. my poor parguet without even the miserable cover.. miserable cover at the corridor...

my kitchen which was suppose to have little reno..look at my tiles..wasnt protected and the layer of dust on it... my poor wash basin..i think sure choke like mad.. miserable floor protection that dont protect much...

Now I superb regret not getting an Id in the first place.. Haiz 2nd day of officially starting work.. More issue and gotta change my initial plan for my wiw n toilets layout.. I'm getting more and more worried for my parquet.. I will try to upload some pics of the place tomorrow on how terrible it is now..

The contractor said work will be starting on 26dec I hope it will turn out well .. I am quite worried abt my flooring as the contractor did not do much in maintaining my flooring.. The parguet flooring wasn't covered up, the tiles were partially covered.. My kitchen cabinet was covered with layer of dust due to the hacking work my water heater was not protected as well.. The hod and hook were covered with dust and I seriously doubt it can till be in use after they fix it back..

Feeling very stressed up with my house reno work..Things wasnt as planned.. Reno work should supposingly started on 11 Dec till date, only hacking work was done..the reno work was poorly coordinated.. I have not choose the laminate, solid surface and paint yet...I have purchase my toilet bowls without knowing the right sizes..i tot all this my contractor should have told me..till my toilets bowl seller ask me than i realise i need to check it first and they told me my contractor should have inform me..contractor also promised my to give me the sketch for my shoe cabinet and vanities till date..nothing was produced..His partner now took over from him..so i hope thing will get better.. Now i just pray hard that things will turn out gd..and can finish on time for my move in on 11Jan..
