the $1700 is for the whole house? tats cheap compared to laying homo tiles. my only worry about laminate flooring is the maintenance part. Heard that homo tiles are easier to take care of and more lasting. I'm still looking around for id/contractor, maybe u can email mi Mr Lee contacts and your reno quote? On a tight budget, so need to save watever money i can. thanks!

After looking at ur laminates flooring, im reconsidering using those homo tiles (15x60) which looks like wood or just go for the krono swiss range. KITCHEN SINK COUNTER :- LED Down Light x 2 [ Extreme Right ] We had a lot of problem looking for a suitable LED light as our false ceiling is not so thick. Am so glad we finally found something suitable! SERVICE YARD :- 2ft LED Tube [ 2nd from Right ] We realised that the position of the light's wiring is very close to the wall. Hence, we decided to get something longish to fit in that position. Hopefully 2ft is bright enough to cover the whole area. Hi How much did you pay for the LED downlight and the tubelight?

are you satisfied with the tile works in your living room? I thinking of getting those 15x60 tiles too but heard that laying it is not so easy (uneven and ugly grouting lines). Did your tilers make any comments and how will u rate them? If they are good, can pm me their contacts and how much r they charging u? Thanks!!!
