Check with the doctor on the precaution to take and ur concern abt ur baby, let them explain the situation to u at least this will not let u worry further on. Too many things worry at the same time will further stress u out. My MIL was 68 when she kenna stroke, although she had recover from the stroke and diabetic but her relationship with my FIL had been permanently damage. Hi Mist, So sorry now then I read abt ur case. First of all really felt sorry from the bottom of my heart that such mishap happen to your dad. My MIL also suffer from minor stroke 5 yrs ago, and due to the stroke she kenna diabetics too. So is a huge blow to her cause she like to eat alot of junk foods. During the stay in Hospital we heard alot of cases of full stroke patients recover fully this really gave us alot of encouragement. Now she is fully recover walking ard and still munching more junk foods. FAILURE TO RECOVER ARE THOSE WHO GAVE UP ON THEMSELVES! SO NEVER GIVE UP NO MATTER HOW OLD ARE YOU. REMEMBER MIRACLE ALWAYS HAPPEN! Last but not least stay positive cos patient can feel the negative energy from u, even u try to encourage him. Trust me ur dad can felt all of your family energy which are the more impt push factors.
