Actually I would suggest take out the feature wall and replace it with more glass shelve cos really take out space and serve no purpose. Having a display cabinet is also a good ideas cos in long run u will need more storage when u have additional members. Jus my ONE cents advise. I like ur house color theme "Ork Ork" kind. I have cove light in my living room, wheather have cockroach or lizard I really dont know so far I didnt hear any scream from my wifey I guess their home are safe. We dont have much cash to pay downpayment so installment for 7 yrs will be ard $800, petrol I estimate ard $400, parking ard $200 and accrued Insurance and road tax ard $200. My friend told me still got alot of misc expenses such as servicing or if backside itching may be poison to change alot of parts inside (Eg. MUGEN Bodykit).
