(wads cove lightitng ar? ) false ceiling ? has got paint inside !! dun faint ah ... but all these is kelvin suggestions !! hehehehehheh ... the color scheme n painting the ceilings ... from him wan leh ... dun .... maybe his idea change abit ?? U wanted to paint the ceilings too ? then wad did hb n kelvin say ..... ??? WHOA >.. yeah .. that day when i went back to see look one neighbour asked me " so when u moving in ? when's ur reno goin to be done ? i said " oh ... we doing slowly" then she said HUH ! i tink she wanna faint liao heheheheh... i also wanna get a maid ! but this hse sucked up everything we have but mi mama says though im very lazy at home ... but if its my own house i will clean wan ..... yeah reno comin along fast .. kekeekke .. the feeling of being able to choose ur own reno is quite shiok hohoho .. coz from young when ever i sift house n mi mum alwiz bluff mi say let mi choose wad i want in mi rm .. then eentually she disagrees with everything n does her own so now she says mi hse must be have alot of black color HAHHA .. n shes rite man ... her eyes opened quite big when i said mi kitchen cabinets are black ... she prefers the original kitchen cabinets ( can see fr mi prev posts ... ) i tink mosts of my neighbours have a very gd life !! like no need to wk wan leh ... any way .. im on two days mc but i tink sing at home n at ktv the feel quite diff leh ... eheheh .. i prefer go ktv to sing ...

yeah .. i tink cleaning the glass will be a hassle lah ! i tink all of us will experience cleaning it ! ben is first !! banging on the glass waht were they doing? ... (n yes i can imagine ) heheheheh ... wow .. actually im quite worried at nite when i wanna go take something from the kitchen will i walk straight onto the glass man ... i tink that will be power ehheheh ... i hope the glass can somehow block some sound ... my neighbours arent very noise friendly .. i rem once when during reno ... heard from kelvin workers were only scrubbing walls at 6.30 they called town council to complain powerful ears .... kekekeke ... so if i sing ktv .. i tink they will call the police lor ! !! !!

oh yes .. hohohoh .. yeah kelvin told mi that u and i quite similar .. we take our own sweet time for reno hahah .. he says mi name is up on the board for a long time still haben finish .. n he has to chase mi to do things .. =p same goes for u anot ! kekeke ..

YEah =) .. thats y i could roughly picture from niko's pics .. ehehe .. yup yup also white top .. yeah i tink the cleaning will take both of my weekends in future i bought lightings liao .. costs a bomb lah ! didnt know lights also need so much =p .. but not fixed yet ... managed to persuade mi hb to let mi buy the mini chandelier ! its frosted crystals ! but not fixed yet leh .. will definitely show u when its done ! i super love that light thou hb thinks chandelier nicer for high ceilings =( ... had a hard time though ! heheh .. gd thing managed to get it .. so how's life in ur new home ? urs is white so cleaning shld be quite power also :good:

Hi Tikam , im also an existing homeowner who's home is currently reno-ing under kelvin . Me n hb have also went thru wad u all did . Email ID asking for quotation , we too waited for his reply .thou i had other IDS who cld even manage to quote mi in a wk , but heard oth home owners who signed up with them r regretting it big time already! not that im siding mi ID but it's better that he's frank rather than other IDs who only do sales talk but have empty promises after that . TILL now , my quotation remains the same but more were saved coz ID helped us with many many lobangs . prob the straight forwardness of Kelvin might not please but i guess its better that he was frank thats he's busy with projects . in fact u shld be glad an ID is busy , or rather an ID with no projects on hand ? then i guess u shld choose an ID that NO ONE refers ! i guess a reputation is built , many ple can swarm a forum n post anything they want . at the end of the day , it's the end result . reno is tiring for home owners n i guess it will be a relief that we can find a gd n reliable ID n not get angry n busy coz he;s popular ? the reason y u wld like to get a quotation , isnt it coz u too have seen his gd works being posted ? anyway i waited 2 mths for his quotation but i insisted to wait thou i had many other quotes . coz i felt that it was worth it . n till now im GLAD i waited . coz he really took alot of our backs . at the end of the day choose an id u r comfortable with . but if u havent tried his works or havent worked with him , i dont tink his services is bad coz he has too many projects in hand but i rather tink its the opposite ? prob u shld get an id who has no jobs on hand n that he can reply u asap coz he has no other projects n can solely concentrate on yours ! cheers
