Hi i have same situation as u, bought a 5 room flat with only 2 bedrooms. The ex owner actually hack down 1 room....now i have a big living room. Now i'm thinking of reinstate back the room so that have more space for storage. May i know what else reno you have done beside demolition of walls & erection? And how much you spend? Regards,
