It's very nice, may I know how much you did for your wooden blinds and the contacts please! I am also interested on your black colour ceiling fan. May I know what is the brand and model no and how much is it? Do you have the contacts of the supplier you bought the ceiling fan from?

wow! Need so long to approve by HDB! Tot apply permits all in one shot, HDB will approve all in one shot too! That's why I tell myself that when I am doing my reno, I want my contractor to apply before renovation starts so when I get my keys, all permits will approve and can start hacking. Hmm... seems like I need to pre-warn my contractor about the hacking walls part.. Think apply 1 month before reno start to play safe wor!

I tot all those permit should be apply before the renovation started? Your contractor didn't help you to apply or you last min add these 2 walls to hack?
