Can you pm the catalogues and prices for ceiling fans?

Hi everyone, Recently just bought a resale condo. Need reno ideas from the creative forummers. Basically, the living and bed rooms floorings will not be touched. Rest will be revamped. And i would like to have a bar-counter as well. Any ideas are welcome.... Style will be modern. Any yes, bedroom 3 is rather small. Wondering if i should hack and combined with the study. but the skirting will be a problem since i'm not doing the flooring.... And if i really combine them, will it affect the resale value?
