Sorry guys, just to check though, normally when the designer applies for a renovation permit, how quickly does it update on the hdb website? Thanks!!

Yar I'm finally meeting up with the designer. No timeline, no nothing set yet. Yar, I left the designer to settle the defects list totally. I guess I'm not fussy about the details so I just leave it to the designer but just want things completed, at least a proper timeframe and schedule for things to happen! Probably it's my fault for just being so hands-off. But i chased for updates. Haiz, will meet up and finally demand an explanation, this is just irresponsible.

Hi Just wanted to check from the time you get your key from HDB and signed your appointed designer's contract, how long do you all normally wait for renovation works to start as a general average timeframe guideline? I've waited exactly one month now, is this normal? Nothing has even started. My unit looks exactly the same as day 1. I've been waiting a month now, supposedly they have submitted HDB defects list and renovation permit, but the last I checked with HDB, neither seems to have been received. This is really pissing me off now. Someone please advise. Thanks!
