    Does anyone hv the mobile number of Daren Koh? I have just chk w a lawyer, his suggestions are either enforce the order thru bailiff or hire a legal debt collector to get back the money. These are the only 2 ways out. And we have to do it fast before the company wind down.

    In your case what are the outstanding from them? Do I need to file for a police report? The money order issued by court is $3558, however it's long due and I have not yet received any chq from them at all, I am so lost now!!

    For my case, i forgo my dining chairs n coffeetable . Got the rest of my items at discounted rate. So i paid half of my deposit and $400 for my items.

    HI, U made a police report? Did u file for SCT? I filed for SCT but did not get the money back even court issue an money order. Can you please advise what to do?

    I think they are really getting too much. I filed for SCT and court ordered them to refund me back in 3 weeks time, this is the 4th week and I see nothing at all. wondering what should I knw for the next step.

    I am one of the victim as well. My delivery date was 10 April then postponed to 14 May but no respond from them at all. Now I keep trying to call Elson but he did not pick up my calls, called office as well but no one answered too. Can anyone advise if I filed a small claim, am I able to recover back the full amount? I paid $3998 FULL!!
