    i also got bay window. only thought of using wood laminated for the flooring kind.. it is not good to choose that?

    i think overlaying is better coz if the waterproofing is not done well, esp for OLD flats. You will kenna the neighbours downstairs complaining of leaking ceiling. then jialat.. u will have lots of problems dealing with it.
