juz curious on wat materials did your contractor used to level up the slope on the window..... i heard if its concrete, its not allowed tho.... anyway the slope also can act like a child safety feature...read it somewhere since its slope and kids will find it hard to climb up....

target delivery date similiar to the project completion date which is jul 2008 .... so even if we get the keys early, we only need to show cert later as it states target delivery date or collection of keys whichever is later

i called them up several times before and even asked them about it when signing the first 5% of the deposit. They said if I get the keys before the Project delivery date which is jul 2008, I've got to give the cert before that date. However if i get the key on the exact project delivery date in jul 2008 which is a year later, I got to submit the cert 3 months from jul 2008. u can call them up to verify.....even the officer i asked when i was signing din know, she had to go and asked her colleagues and reconfirmed that the policy was changed recently.

do u know u only need to produce the cert by Jul 2008 next year which is the Proj completion date.

Bellyheng, actually 2 months is not realli tat long considering the fact tat so many walls r hacked down. would you rather have everything done swee swee and let them follow thru their 2 mth schedule or have everything completed in 2-4 weeks and come back with lots of problems..... i will take the former ^^ the ID tat i shortlisted has a schedule planned out for all his projects so he can actually tell me when can i go and see the carpentry of his projects since he got the schedule all planned out nicely

hey joe, i passed by ur unit the other day and saw all the walls hacked o.O din know inside those walls got so many wirings and supports

ask them which was the proj manager in charge of their proj cuz ibelieve there are quite a few there......

in comparison to the one u mentioned, the one at thomson at least got design sense hehe i got 3 id to compare -_- sigh..its so tough
