I went to compare my quote with a few in the forum, my capentry is indeed on the ex side but what I feel is that she did not charge me item by item for supplying of labor to install the accessories and piping/ sink/basin and also haulage. Not so sure if this is justifiable. In a dilemma now..hehE.

What do you think the price range of the stuff I listed here should be in?

She told me she cannot give me further discount but can add in some free carpentry like simple shelvings for the other 2 rooms and construct a bath tub in the master bedroom toilet which I initially wanted.

Steve, I have got another quote which is slighly cheaper, both IDs are reconmended by my friends, have not source out on my own. actually I kinda of like the way the current ID presented her works to me, but somehow I still find it expensive in some areas. My budget is only around 25-27k.
