  1. We got more than 8 companies in the BBID group of companies, a 10,000 sq ft carpentry factory, 2 warehouses in defu and tai Seng, a large showroom in Arumugam rd, a fleet of vehicles, and some operations in Malaysia. We are the only ID in Singapore to import and distribute our own brand of laminates, furniture hardware, full range of kitchen and wardrobe accessories, plywood and distribute sinks, taps, bathroom accessories, sanitary wares, heaters, hoods, hobs. We are first ID in Singapore to start promoting full internal and external laminate cabinets at PVC prices. We are the first ID in Singapore to offer soft closing hinges, stainless steel soft closing hinges, under mounted soft closing drawer slides and 18 mm door panel with full ID design at NO extra charge to consumers. With several companies in contracting, ID, factory, product distribution and retail, is it uncommon to have same HQ or central factory contact address? We ran away with clients money? Do we have to do that! And can we do that and still operating under the same name without the local authorities coming down on us? Andreja, I don't know what is your agenda for this post?
  2. Most of our basins are listed below $200! Prices are list prices with discounts. Did you ask for them? Try some shops in Balestier and you get a feel of the pries. Hoe kee is a direct importer who sells direct to end user. Is this the quote that you claimed so loudly that bb is expensive just by looking at the list prices? Is this the first time you heard of list prices? How to make money when we charge laminate inside with PVC prices? Do you know that importers of hardware and even laminates got a couple of hundred percent of profit margins on it. The importer imports, then sell them at a big profits to hardware shop who puts another profit margin and sells them to carpenters who markup them further and sells to your regular IDs who put a further profit margins and then sell them to consumers. So did you ever wonder why you don't see so many kitchen and wardrobe accessories being used in the market? It is because they are too expensive after the 4 profit margins. Our lazy Susan corner unit sells for $250. Our stainless steel soft closing hinges and under-mounted soft closing slides are free on all kitchens! Try beating that! Want to see real discounts, visit our showroom and ask for the discounted price. So what is wrong with bb importing directly and passing the savings to the end consumers? So it does not takes a genius in the trade to figure out that by bypassing the middlemen and having own factory and importing all the major items, the company bb can offer a better product at a better price to our clients. McDonald does that. Now you change your tone and not so aggressive after I revealed James Tey to the forum. We know that James Tey likes to use the phase "what goes around comes around" and why did you put that comment if you are not James Tey? That was James' parting phrase comment to bb boss when he left to join 9 Degrees! If what we said is not true, James can sue us! Why no comment from James? I think the forumers can clearly see the distinction between your initial harsh attack on bb in your first few posts and now suddenly changed tone to the victimized consumer by bid ID which we are not! You are a great pretender!
  3. Firstly, if this imaginary Kennyboy11 was con by bb, why is bb still around? So easy to con and run away with client's renovation money and still maintain their 8000 square feet showroom? If you are kennyboy or others like hey said, would you still let bb survive and not sue them, get he police to get them? All these posts were the works of crooks like James Tey! Use your common sense! Cheap or not is how you look at it. You meant for any company to survive they must sell everything the cheapest or they will close? If that is he case, then, there will be only a few Id left in Singapore. All the others being higher price will all close shop? Again, use your common sense! We never say we are the cheapest ID around. In any case, most sensible clients usually do not choose the lowest price quote. If you pay peanuts, you get monkeys. You want a monkey doing your renovations. So for those who come to our showroom at Lion building, looking for carpentry, we had over 80% closing rate. Does not take a genius to figure out laminate inside with no extra charge for soft closing hinges and under-mounted slides, stainless steel hinges, better thicker plywood doors, free sink, taps, ... at PVC prices is a good deal and their cabinets last longer and more beautiful with better quality materials. We just hired 2 more designers just to do 3D. The fact is we cannot cope with even quotations! On the other items like wet works, we use better tilers, electricians, hackers, partition plaster sub-contractors and plumbers who deliver quality on time. Don't believe? Come visit our running sites. We pay them more and naturally, they work better. If you want the cheapest prices, go to the likes of James Tey as he is probably desperate after 2 failed IDs under his track record. If any one that is like to ran away with clients monies, it is definitely not bb. They don't need to as they are the only ID in Singapore that imports their own laminates, hardware, kitchen and wardrobe accessories and plywood, own 10,000 sq.ft. factory, 2 warehouses, 8000 sq.ft showroom and still expanding. Which ID firm in Singapore has that kind of setup even if we are definitely not the largest or most estaiblished? James Tey's new ID in Tradehub21? Bb will grow further and is growth rapidly with good people. Lastly, the boss of bb has never hidden that fact that many years ago, he was the working salary employee MD with no shares for land international, which was owned 100% by 2 UK directors who did indeed ran away with company money. See the contact page of www.landintfe.com. The boss of bb was never questioned by cad, or ever charged in court or guilty of any commercial or criminal offence. If he is guilty, then would he openly set up all the reno companies, factory, product companies in the bb group of companies under his name? Use your common sense! Why they never mentioned that he was the former Asian representative for an US State, a director for an UK province, ED for trade Association in Singapore, won an important business award in Singapore, etc. Bb boss felt all these are not important to the house owner who just wants his house renovated on time, with good design, in good workmanship and at a reasonable price! The important thing can he deliver? He ran his own projects and small team of good honest people after the bad guys left or were fired. Imagine yourself being an employee MD for a seemly legitimate foreign UK property investment company. You were recruited because of your strong reputable background and successful track record, vast experience and knowledge of investments and UK. And then you successfully built the company in just 2 years into a group, opened 7 offices in Asia and then suddenly the foreign owners absconded with company funds and the group in Asia collapsed. So now your enemies, say you ran away with clients' monies and blame you as the culprit. Are you in a predicament? So use your common sense, is the bb boss ever charged or investigated? Never! Call Cad! Ask the reporter for that Straits Times article.. the info actually comes from bb boss. His GM in the land company is also in the Reno industry, did he ran away? No! Both are God fearing people. So you are not helping by repeating those rumour mongers and aiding crooks like James Tey and his gang. There were 2 proven clients that were convinced that James Tey aided a sales person who ran away with clients monies! The client tried to contact bb boss but were stopped by James. Bb boss at that time was not running the ID business, James was. That sales person, Ronald Choo who has a case pending against him was invited to join bb as freelance sales by James Tey when he was the showroom manager for bb. James did not stop the two clients to pay cash to the sales person instead to the company and let it happened before he left bb to join 9 Degrees. Ronald is in jail now for CBT now! The company lost over 40K as they still have to pay the suppliers and sub-contractors. Bb did not ran away or close shop! You can guess why Mr Lee, the main investor for 9 Degree Design, closed the company suddenly in just 6 months of operations, throwing away hundreds of thousands I guess of investments in such a short time. If James Tey and his gang did this before he left bb for 9 Degrees Design, you can imagine why 9 Degree Design close so suddenly. Did something major happened in 9 Degrees before they closed? Ask James Tey in his new ID startup in Tradehub21! Ask Alicia Hsia who is now in Seng Kwong. Ask Kannie Wong who is now back in Chew Interior! So will you hand your hardearned money to him to renovate your house? Will you invest in his new ID? He certainly want to start a carpentry factory, import his own laminates, hardware, start a taps and sanitaryware company, big showroom, do trade show every month... Had he done his job properly, being loyal to the company, be ethical and honest, he would be very successful in bb, awarded shares and made MD of the company already. So the only way James can let the industry changed their opinion about him is to continue to bad mouth bb. He need to justify his reason for misleading his team and suppliers that bb is closing so that he can be shareholder in 9 Degrees. The more he does that, the more truths about him and his gang will come out. You want to know hs new ID company name in Tradehub? Pity Jack Koh his current partner.
  4. There is no mention of any company name? Wow simply pick up one post and accuse your former company of the wrong doings? Of is it really you which you are talking about since you are so familiar and it is 9 Degrees Design? Or are you the pig they are talking about!
  5. We are in the open! We got nothing to hide! Have you plenty to hide? Coward! Of course you are not interested in James Tey wrong doings and greed! Because you are James Tey! Since you are so familiar, about the case in aug 2011... Police case, case, commercial crimes.... You are probably talking about yourself. And replying so quickly in seconds and defending like ****, how can you not be James Tey! Don't forget you! James Tey already has 2 failed IDs under your track record. That is a fact! Probably more will come. God knows how many run away cases cases his firm have? Your partner, Jack Koh be careful! Everywhere he goes and heads, the ship sunk! How do you know the poster Ayukie is a she? Now you say you also not sure..."whether or not it is true, i'm just sharing what i read from a fellow forum's experience. i believe that she has lodged a complaint to CASE. " Don't any how believe and repeat if you are not sure whether true or not. See you are a rumour monster or worst a liar! Any how find one post and accuse his former employer. So can we all accuse you of all the wrong doings, crimes, cheating, etc in this forum? Cannot right! And don't pretend to be a consumer!
  6. I act for the Blve and Blue Group of Companies. You have posted false comments that other forum member have lost $11.8k from Blve and blue. Please state your name, Nric or passport number, tel number and address, and the alleged victim contact details (tel, name, Nric or passport number) to verify your wild accusations without any facts or basis. List your name and expect legal actions from us. if what you said is true, don't hide! Similar to earlier posts by the forumer, Gesnono, we also believed that the writers are closely related to James Tey, formerly from Chew Interiors and former Showroom Manager of blve and blue Design Works. James has previously started his own ID which closed and then joined Chew Interiors. He then caused a mess and passed many untrue rumors about the company and the owners of Blve and Blue to justify his reasons to misled many sales people to follow him to 9 Degrees Design in Enterprise One. The most creditable reason is that he was offered shares in 9 Degrees. He, together with Lesley Koh, ex-manager who was fired by the boss of Blve and Blue for poor performance. Lesley was also involved in a failed ID and in financial difficulties. He applied and got a job given by the boss of Blve and Blue. And then suddenly, there appeared a 'caucasian woman' in the forum who knows a lot about Blve and Blue! I was told much later quite shocking and interesting stories by those familiar. Lesley, together with Alicia Hsia, an ex-Manager in Blve and Blue planned the move to 9 Degrees, led by James Tey. James and his administrator, Mei Tong are still drawing salary from the company, Blve and Blue when they were doing this. 9 Degrees were incorporated whilst they were still in Blve and Blue, as evident in the Acra company registration. They were renovating their new 9 Degrees showroom and company leads from advertisements paid by Blve and Blue were probably closed elsewhere. They were introduced by a supplier to an innocent investor, Mr Lee Tuck Onn, who invested heavily in the new company, 9 Degrees. As leader of the pack, shares were awarded to James Tey. Many items, even cheap things like items in the first aid kits disappeared in the Blve and Blue showroom and displays, walls, etc. were broken and dirtied on purpose when they left. 3 tires of the boss's Mercedes were punctured mysteriously too! Can you believed that! Mr Lee relied heavily on the first 2 months performance of Blve and Blue which enjoyed very high sales based on the internal laminate strategy, the idea initiated by the boss of Blve and Blue. On the third month, James brought the sales down to near zero and still asked the company to advertise heavily and do a couple of expo trade shows. He is preparing for his big move to 9 Degrees where he got shares now compared to Blve and Blue where he is only a Showroom Manager. The men followed him as the boss do not go to the showroom and left him to ran the company. We know later he took the team drinking and partying. They set the stage by posting many untrue forum postings like the above to hopefully drive Blve and Blue out of the market, until they probably did not expect the boss of Blve and Blue to run the showroom himself. Blve and Blue is getting stronger as referral from clients who installed internal laminate cabinets. And recently, with the any color laminates inside promotion, the growing sales speaks for itself. Blve and Blue continued to stay strongly in the market and expanded further into taps, sanitary wares and soon into another renovation product. 9 Degrees tried the laminate inside strategy to boost sales but flopped as they don't have carpentry factory and don't have own laminates, unlike Blve and Blue which have both and hardware, and now taps, sink, sanitary ware, etc. From what we know, the new investor, Mr Lee placed some safeguards like making James Tey signed contract not to leave suddenly like what he did to Blve and Blue. Who does not want to stay since there was salary to draw every month, whether the company got sales or not. To cut the story short, sales and abilities were probably over promised. Well, leopards don't changed spots. About 6 months later after startup, 9 Degrees Design closed suddenly. This is an undisputed fact. James Tey's accusations and rumours about Blve and Blue did not hold water and turned out to be all false, and his team probably started to disbelieved him and his gang leaders. One by one they leave or look for other opportunities. They are angry because Blve and Blue is still around! Getting busier too! 9 Degess closure was already anticipated a couple of months ago when one of the ex-employees of Blve and Blue who wanted to leave 9 Degrees and asked for carpentry factory and product price/support on taps, laminates, etc from boss of Blve and Blue. Trouble was brewing in the new setup and the investor, Mr Lee is probably suffering the same situation and action replay as the Boss of Blve and Blue when James Tey was running the show. Now, James Tey formed a new ID with a small office at Tradehub near IMM, competing with several IDs there. Not sure if he is able to find another investor this time. If necessary, we will reveal the new company name! That is the true story of James Tey and his doings! Many suppliers in the industry also knows this truth already by now. The facts are open now, challenge us legally if they are not true and don't hide in the forum. If necessary, we will reveal the facts of his other members. The police reports, etc. A visit to Blve and Blue's group showroom or our factory at 10 sungei kadut street 2 will easily reveal the openess, high quality workmanship and materials, and it's competitive offering. Meet directly the boss and judge for yourself. Visit our sites. Talked to our clients. Certainly, we are still very small and insignificant compared to the more established bigger and well respectable IDs in Singapore. But we are finding our own niche market of internal HPL laminates carpentry at PVC Prices with good quality hardware at reasonable prices. Blve and Blue Group of companies. Above confirmed by Mr Beh, MD of BB group.
