Renovation is still in progress... Suggest u use renotalk quote request...indicate your requirements with floor plan, many id firms/contractors will contact u for quote... Then u can compare the prices... For me i shortlisted 5, then make appointment with those 5 to understand their past projects, material they used, workmanship, and etc... And finally choose Defong. Their price over workmanship is reasonable. Watch out for those quote u very cheap,they could be some hidden costs. Is your responsibility to clarify this when meeting them. My advice is contractor selection, don't purely based on price. :-)

no need to engage buyer agent..save the money for your furniture. set your budget for COV, offer within your budget, don't follow the sentiment... even u like the house, don't show it on your face...this is my experience. :-)
