Nice example of Lexus and Toyota. Now I get what you all mean. No wonder sometimes I see 2 pictures, both I also like, but maybe both are of different themes, just that it gives the luxury feel. So it's the use of the furnitures and stuffs. I guess lightings play a very big part in creating the luxurious feel too. Super vintage! Like! Do you still use it? Can type love letter to your wife. Hehe..

Hi adidaem, thanks for the link! So these are called modern baroque? I agree for the first picture is more of morder baroque. How about those pictures with warm lightings too? (the bedrooms) I don't know.. I only know I like warm lightings, lines, wallpapers, nice feature walls and overall give a sense of luxury style of living. So I call it luxury.

For luxury style, i actually prefer those with warm lightings. Maybe I am wrong to say these are luxury? I like this first picture d*mn alot.. Too bad my house is not big enough for such a luxurious design. I like those "hidden" lights coming out from the bed head. What are those lights called?

Nice walls!! Are you going for Victorian style? Bar counter in balcony?? What if it rains? Means the furniture have to be able to withstand harsh weather too right?

If I tell you when is my house coming, you'd most prob will say I am super kiasu... That's why I seldom post in this forum, just look see around and look for inspirations and also do more research about prices, IDs, furnitures etc...

Hehe.. I also think must be able to "click" with the ID, most impt is to feel comfortable since he'll be helping you throughout the whole renovation process!

I've also been looking around this forum too. My house is smaller than yours but I think I have the same concept as you! To hack a small part of the common room to connect with the master for the WIW. And also will be hacking the wall for the kitchen to make it an open concept! Will be following your thread closely so do keep us updated! Look forward to your house after reno!
