We spent near $60k, which includes basically everything u see in the pic, like plastering of walls, curtains, aircons, stove, washing basins & toilet stuff, lightings etc. We are not sure whether it is considered expensive or cheap, but for the quality we got its definitely worth it. =)

Oh, we just paid for whatever was completed by my 1st ID, did not pay for the full contract cos he did not do a gd job.

Hi, we bought the dining table from X'clusive Home, its located at No. 12 Kallang Way. The table plus 4 chairs is approx $1600.

Oh its not a wallpaper, its actually painted! Wallpapers r not as lasting as actual painting. The painting was not easy but was v well done.

Thanks for the compliment! Actually we changed the ID halfway when our flat was about 30% done. The previous ID was not committed and the workmanship was not up to standard. Lucky we managed to meet our current ID, Kenneth, who was introduced to us by our friend! He was v helpful and even came up to view our half done flat and offered us solutions even before we decided to switch the ID! He was v professional and thus we decided to switch ID and he gave our flat a full transformation within 3 mths! He had high standards for his workers, and will keep a close monitoring on our behalf. We hardly have time to drop by sometimes during the renovation and yet we are not worried about the progression. He even took time off to bring around to source for furnitures that suit our styles. Kenneth has proved his professionalism through his committment and high standard of work offered, we are truely thankful that we managed to have him as our ID!
