Guys, I just bought a condo with a relatively high ceiling, after seeing some stunning pictures online, I'm toying with the idea of building a loft. Before that, I would like to ask for some advice/ideas. - What is the usual height of the ceiling suitable for a loft? Let's say I'm 1.75m tall and don't like the feeling of sky falling on me. - what is the average cost of building a 100+ sqft loft? - If I want to build loft in both living room and bedroom separately, but combined area is just 100-150 sqft, is it usual for ID/contractor to charge me as 2 lofts?
