Hi everyone, This is my first posting in RT and its for my new home, a 3I HDB, see floor plan below. Decided to post here to leave behind a journal of the renovation process. Decided to sell my 5I HDB in Yew Tee. Too inconvenient there, both the lack of decent food and transportation. Right after selling my place I started hunting for my new place, criteria being as close to the city as possible. Lo and behold, the first unit I viewed is right smack in the middle of the city! Chop, stamp, confirm!
