your contractor is inexperience... he does not know how to calculate the amount of tiles needed to lay a given space. This type of contractor is a blur king, i suggest you and your hubby check on the reno progress everyday if possible.

Should install 2 instant water heater with build in pump instead. Storage heater needs 10 mins to heat up the water, the smart one will rush for the instant heater in common bathroom.
-
already spent a bomb for the kitchen, better tiled up all the way, tiles are cheap.

The correct term is "wrought iron", not "iron wrought". Good wrought iron grille or gate will not rust due to galvanisation was done on the wrought iron by applying a protective zinc coating to prevent rust. Stainless steel structure on oil rig in the middle of the sea are all put through a process call hot dip galvanisation, or else how to withstand soaking in salt water.

Best use... Lift-up System - Blum Hinges - Blum / Hettich Standard Drawer - Hettich / Blum Inner Drawer - Blum Cutlery Trays - Blum My hinges are all Hettich Sensys, it is so powerful until i have to remove some of the hydraulic in the hinges to make it less powerful. -

I dont mean to pour cold water but both of you dont know what you are talking about... Power line filter is like a checkpoint, in-between the incoming AC and your equipment, when voltage surges were detected, it will filter out excessive voltages thus preventing them from reaching and damaging your equipments. ELCB is not a power line filter; if you use a 10A ELCB and your equipment cause an outgoing surge that is more than 10A, the ELCB will trip. All the ELCB in my house are using 20A, so when my equipment cause a surge above 10A, my ELCB will not trip.
-
Power line filter removes artifacts from the AC that power your audio equipments from potentially damaging voltage surges. It has nothing to do with which power socket connect to which ELCB. In my house, 1 or 2 units of double gang 13A power socket is link to a 20A ELCB; in the event of my power amp requires additional power, a slight surge wont trip my ELCB. I would suggest you ask your electrician to label which power socket is link to which ELCB.

It is a tedious process; not advisable to diy. -
hihi 3roomer here too. older than your 3ng, mine is 3i. cheers, enjoy your reno.
-
I will ask the same question... Why? Got different meh!? Both ELCB still share the same DB, if 1 trip, the whole DB will trip. So got difference meh? Unless got 2 DB, then split the power source i can understand.

Unscrew the hose from the mixer and bring it together with the shower head and go back Yuki... if it is really the case of missing rubber O rings, Yuki might be able to give you some spare ones.

HDB main door is half fire-rated, not full; let you know so you dont tear your hair out when your ID tell you so. You really better run through the final bill to see if they charge you for this item cos IMO half fire-rated main door is expensive (ID usually put the price as > $1200). If they bear the cost for this replacement, you better find the sticker that say FR Door (0.5hr), no sticker means not tested and certified.
